What material is the jewlery made from?
     All pieces from La Boa Brava Jewelry are handmade from .925 Sterling Silver and Raw Brass. Occasionally 14k Gold Fill and is always labeled as such.
All materials are nickel free. 

Will it tarnish?
     Mostly likely yes, both these metals are prone to tarnish. But there are different factors in terms of why jewelry will tarnish, sometimes body chemistry and enviroment play a role. Tarnish is due to sulfer in the air. I find the more they are worn the less they tarnish.

I recommend that you store your jewelry in an airtight plastic bag and then place in your jewelry box, when not being worn. 

What does handforged mean?
     Hand-forged metal items are shaped by hand using force, rather than being produced by casting or automation. The process typically involves shaping it manually with a hammer on an anvil or steel mandrel. 

     Each hand-forged item is unique because of this manual process. Variations in hammer blows and metal handling create some distinct characteristics. Hand-forged items are often made from solid and high-quality metals. Unlike mass-produced items, which may use thinner or less durable methods, hand-forged items are generally stronger and last longer.

     Hand-forged items are rooted in tradition and craftsmanship, that is not only functional but also carries a sense of the artistry and history of jewelry making.


How fast do orders ship?
     Typically between 3-7 business days your new jewlery will be made and sent by USPS mail, which takes another 4-5 days to arrive. You can expect your delivery in 6-12 days. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
