Order Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping may vary.  Please look at individual item descriptions for details.

Returns & Exchanges

I don't accept returns. Order cancellations must be within 6 hours of purchase. Please contact me with any questions about your order.

For exchanges please contact within 7 days of delivery of your purchase and ship your item back to me within 14 days of delivery.

Any item being returned for an exchange must be in its original condition.  The buyer is responsible for any damage or loss in value as well as return shipping costs.

Shipping

All orders ship via USPS Mail. All orders will ship within 5-7 business days of the order date.

Made to order items may take up to 14 business days from the order date to ship. 

Shipping isn't really free, although we've grown to expect it.. I charge a flat shipping fee to ship USPS First Class Mail. If you purchase multiple pieces in the same order your shipping fee doesn't change.
